For the last two days I haven't responded to a single text or call from anyone I know. I am not mad at anyone or hiding I just don't feel like talking to anyone right now. Normally if I am stressed or even just busy I will tell people politely that I will talk to them when things calm down.
For some reason I have no interest in talking to anyone or responding to anything. I don't want to be mean to anyone and I know they care but I just feel like being alone and away for a while. Part of me wants to tell people this, but I don't want them to take it personally. I don't even know why I am doing it.
Should I worry about this? Does this mean anything? Have others experienced this before?
I do this randomly but it's because I gave asburgers try to fight it before u lose everyone like I did

You don't have to respond to anyone if you don't want to. Just because you have a phone doesn't mean you have to answer it when someone choose to send a message or call. Sometimes you just need time away from people.
