How do you broaden your eating habits, if the only thing you like is bland and neutral tasting food?

Go to a restaurant and try different things on the menu. Go travel and you'll eventually have to eat local food. Eat chicken and rice until you want flavour.

Not OP. I find it impolite to order something at a restaurant and not eat it because turns out I don't like it. I can't eat veggies, for example.

How are you not dead from crippling vitamin deficiencies?

Each time you go to the supermarket, buy something you haven't tried before. If you don't like it, no-one will be around so you don't have to feel embarrassed.

If you never try new things, you simply cannot broaden your eating habits.

I'd like to know that too. Vitamin D from the sun, B(I think) from bananas, C from orange juice, uh...

What I need is calcium and iron, really.

I'll try this. Thanks, though I'm not OP.

Like he said >>16894369 , I don't want to left the food uneaten or something similiar in a restaurant, it would be incredibly rude. I also don't have the money and time for travelling.

>>16894379
What stuff would you recommend at first? There is so much food I could get, so I'm not sure, what I should buy. Still thanks man, I actually haven't thought about it.

yall are too worried. Just ask for a box and take it to go
>>

>I can't eat veggies
Biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard
>>
>>16894391
"can't" is an exaggeration. I don't like veggies, and won't eat them. I don't get what you find so implausible in that.
>>
>>16894398
That's called being a manchild.
>>
>>16894401
And I never denied being one. Were I an even bigger man-child than I am now, I wouldn't be trying to eat more kinds of food like OP is.

Maybe your idea of a grown man is eating veggies, losing your virginity, getting your own place to live or whatever. Do you have any tips on broadening someone's taste for food, though?

Other than "try different things" and >>16894379, which I'm going to follow?
