Its a sign of depression when going to sleep brings release and waking up brings stress. I'm in the same boat but I'm so tired of all the bullshit I don't even want to seek help.

Every night I go to sleep I have a panic attack and think I'll never wake up. It takes a long workout and two glasses of wine to get me to close my eyes but I usually just wake up at 3:30 and freak out for an hour anyways.
