It's incompatible with some older games, it comes equipped with more bloatware, there's some dumb microsoft store-type bullshit you have to use, if you turn off your security, location, or data mining settings, microsoft will automatically turn them back on without notifying you after a set amount of time.
Also, a company that shills THIS hard for a free product is definitely up to no good. Microsoft isn't the worst company, but it sure as shit isn't above stepping on toes to get ahead.
