So i have a problem with waking up,
I oversleep every single day, i have tried everything but i just wont fucking wake up.
I have 4 alarm clocks set at 5:30 and i dont hear even one of them.
They just keep making noise until they turn off like 3 hours later.
I have tried everything, sleep in a cold room, no laptop or phone in room, vibrating alarm etc
They only way i wake up on time is when my father throws a cup of water on my face.
I went to a doctor for this and they thought i had breathing stops while sleeping so i got tested for that and it wasnt the issue.
Anyone here who has had or still has this problem?

I sleep at 22:00, it doesnt help.

I sleep through alarms too. What works for me is a sunrise simulation alarm.
