Hi all. I'll cut to the point. I feel like I'm getting depressed.

I don't know because i've never had it but life seems to feel greyer.. A bit useless and futile.
My girlfriend has been noticing this and tries helping me but I'm afraid I'll get too emotionally dependend on her because of this. Does this mean we need a break in the relationship for me to learn to deal with this on my own? That's what a friend suggested..

probably just seasonal affect disorder (aka not enough sunlight) if you live a bit north. take vitamin D.
If you are getting enough outside sun time. your life probably just needs a shake up. So do something outside the box.
