Can't stop

I can't stop eating or drinking. It's become a legitimate addiction for me. I don't want this for myself, but i can't stop.
I've tried AA, I've tried SMART, I've tried praying, I've tried working out, I've tried becoming a workaholic, I've tried delving into my hobbies, I've tried all that shit, but I simply can't stop for longer than 6 months.
FUCK what do I do?

If you got time, only buy food for the day. Bring cash, no credit cards. You'll get used to it. Or think about why you need to eat that much, its kinda like a drug so...
Sleep more and drink water, 1l to 2l try to eat less sugar food
you can eat what you need a day little by little if that can help
Start lifting weights. Works great to relieve any stress or whatever. Plus drinking kills gains, so if you get obsessed with lidling you have yet another reason not to drink

For the alcoholism, talk to your physician and ask for him/her to look into medical treatments. There are a few drugs that are showing good evidence for decreasing the desire to drink. Then see a therapist.
For the food addiction, see a therapist. You could also ask your physician for a blood workup - maybe you have low leptin levels.
