Okay short and sweet. Matched with a cute girl, had a small chat, she called me sleez a comic book character because of my smile, likes my name and seems interested. I told her i'd message her later tonight as I had to go work. It is now later tonight.
I can hold my own in conversation decently, but it's the progression I suck at. When do I ask to get a drink? etc.. when do I end the convo? I'm afraid i'll either be too slow or too fast.
Please help me, what do you recommend

A huge percentage of women on those things will complain about how guys chat them up for too long before asking to meet in person. If she wants to, she will. If she didn't want to, she wouldn't have anyway.

I just met a guy on tinder and we had a few decent chats over 3 days and ended up talking about movies and he asked me out. I wouldn't wait too long because if it were me I would be worried it wouldn't go anywhere.
But it's weird when you have an OK conversation once and they ask you out right away.
So for me 3 days of good conversation was perfect.
