I have a job interview at Walmart tomorrow. Anyone have suggestions beyond the obvious? I plan to dress professionally, but not over the top, arrive 15 minutes early etc. For those who have worked there, what is the best way to get transferred to a department you actually want to work in? I will most likely end up as a cashier or maintenance to start off, what is the best way to get into electronics or something of that nature?

if you're smarter than the one interviewing you, dont be surprised and then come off like an asshole, just calmly agree with them and ask questions politely if you have any.
if intelligence is comparable, then appear relaxed and don't interrupt others when speaking.
