How do I stop the nostalgia trip? I've been doing nothing but watching old movies/series, really early YouTube videos from when I was a teen and porn that I used to love for the last days, and I can't stop. I'm wasting so much time but I have shit to do, help.

I don't think that it's the case because I basically have an awesome life and mostly just do what I want. Uni is easy for me and I mostly just sit at home, play bass, play video games and chill. I'm not denying myself anything that those videos could give me.
