find inverse bc v of revolution is for x-axis
x=9-y^2
y = -sqrt(x-9)
integrate with set limits as: pi x (y)^2 = 17pi/2
idk if this is what you're looking for but it's my way of answering that question

To solve for y, would it not just be x=sqrt9-y? and sorry, it was to find surface area.
