Hi /adv/ I need help..
I have suddenly developed this weird anxiety feeling whenever I sit in a car going faster than 50 MPH. I am not sure what happened to me but almost 3 years ago when I first started college I never felt any of this.. But now it's forcing me to stay behind when my friends go out now for clubbing and what not. I feel like I'm missing out because of some irrational fear and I don't know how to solve this problem. I even have to make up random excuses to force myself to stay back on weekend nights.
What do I do?

Face it. Destroying your social life over something this stupid makes no sense. You might see it as just some weird anxiety feeling, but if you start turning down friends invitations then they might get the idea that you're drifting apart.
If facing it doesn't work, see a psychologist.

Nope, don't even have a license yet sadly. Still got my permit because of the fear associated with driving in a way.
