Hello,
I am curious in regards to the laws of explicit photos. Distribution of intimate images. (Canada) - BC.
I am dating a girl who is not yet an adult (18) She has a ‘friend’ or ‘loverboy’ so to say, who is obsessed with her. He lives in a different province then us. He continues to send her genital pictures & won't leave her alone. She has in the past sent some back which I freaked out upon. But I don’t care so much now as he lives a province away. One day he sent a selfie with his face in it. Perfect, right? Well I’ve tried telling this guy to leave us alone but he won’t.
Here’s what I want to do: I want to make a facebook fanpage called “*His names* Cock”. I would be inviting his whole friend list to the page to expose this creep. If he calls the police on me, in defence I could prove he has child pornography and sending explicit pictures to my girlfriend.
What is your take? What kind of trouble can I get in for this? Is it worth it on my part.
