On some days, maybe for a few hours, I get these very mild dull headaches. It seems like when I get them I'm not capable of having nice little dopamine spikes or of being super motivated or optimistic. The feeling is difficult to describe, like there's something clogging up my brain. What is this? What causes it? Anyone else have it?
