Dont make the mistake and dress too thin. Get drunk as hell, and just lie down. If its cold enough, you might fall asleep before all the nasty shit kicks in, and it will be the best warmth ever felt. Cant tell you if its completely painless, but i once was so close to fucking freezing doing this. Wasnt intentional dou.
