If you need to go to office hours (you shouldn't let this affect your grade) then try going with a study group, or take a friend (whether they are from class or not). Above all else (and this is true for anyone, crush or not) you should NEVER be in a profs office alone with the door closed. This puts both of you in an awkward position if any impropriety is perceived.

Also, don't worry too much. This is common and if the prof is experienced and professional it won't affect his attitude towards you at all.
