hey /adv/ need a little bit of help here. my friend found himself in this situation
>friend (we'll call him joe) met a girl online when he was 16 or 17, about 3 years ago
>girl (we'll call her beth) was 13 at the time
>joe and beth talked for about a day, they met via omegle and continued to talk on kik
>eventually joe convinced beth to sing to him over the phone before he went to bed
>joe jacked off while she sang to him, and he hung up immediately afterward
>over the years joe has repeatedly messaged beth multiple times on kik
>these messaged steadily became him asking for it again, to eventually him just harassing her about it
>this got to the point where joe admitted that he masturbated to beth's singing years prior, and he included the ages in this message
>beth has this message screencapped, and has threatened to use it against joe to press charges for harassment
>kik has a feature to block any user, and joe reminded beth of this multiple times whenever she would ask him to leave her alone, yet she never blocked him
so the question im asking is - what all can and can't Beth do as far as pressing charges against Joe? I should also include that Beth lives many states away from Joe
