How do I get the Police to go to someone's house. I live in the UK, the person who has an outstanding warrant lives in the US.
If I use the online crime reporting tool of the local Sheriff department, what should I write that'll prompt a visit to the house.

Without a search warrant they won't enter his home - especially thinking that some report you send online will get them to do so is just childish OP.
