I'm really sweaty. Like really bad. It doesn't smell bad just it is too much. My whole body except my head(exclude the forehead), hands, arms, legs(exclude inside of the thighs) and foot. Is there a solution ?(Except surgery)

I've pimple problem too. The worst places are back and scalp. I've some them on my face and chest too. Anything helpful ? Thanks in advance

Depends on your age and weight. Probably, you should also check your blood preassure. Do some running and it should go down. If you are a fatfuck just go to the dermatologist
