Lost my job and my girlfriend a few months ago and I have been really depressed ever since. I find it nearly impossible to find any sort of motivation and go between feeling depressed and alone to just empty and numb. I had socially anxiety before is, but its gotten worse it seems. And I generally feel pretty worthless and inadequate.

Any advice for getting through social anxiety, getting motivation to find another job, getting through generally feeling like shit, and actually making myself appear attractive and desirable to girls?
