Eurofag here, seeking advice on how to kill oneself. No guns, no high buildings. Would it be sufficient to stick a pair of scissors into a power outlet? (240V; 50Hz)

You don't reallt want to die. If you wanted to die you'd have done it by now, it's easy, there are a million different ways. This is a cry for help.
Go and see a therapist, or call a crisis number.
