I met a nice woman, but I'm afraid to start a relationship (She shows clearly that she wants it). She is emotionally very fickle. In a minute she is whiny, in the next joyous and and then suddenly angry. Can that work out well or should I stay away?

why are you afraid to start a relationship? because of those qualities? or is there some baggage here?
if the former, than i say dont do it. it sounds like shes too emotional for you to handle or deal with. and thats okay. you dont need to date someone jsut because they are interested. or even just because YOU are interested. thats how you get stuck in bad relationships. continue to hang out and see where it goes. if its too much to handle, back out.
if the latter, than what is that baggage?
