So I started taking anti depressants a week ago as instructed by doctor, i got some nausea which i got over fine, some twitching and im unable to orgasm thats fine whatever

but today i noticed some abnormal bleeding from the uterus, its 5 days too early for me, and it hasnt been bleeding all day, in fact it seems to have just burst out once and then stopped.

Should i be worried about this?
There has been some very mild pain in my uterus leading up to it and even now but it doesnt really feel like a period pain, its not continuous.
