Simple, put yourself in a situation you cannot undo even if you wanted, like downing a whole glass of Gramoxone (add koolaid).
Why not just see a therapist and psychiatrist? Suicide is a terrible idea. It kind of ruins your life, and you really do deserve to have a life. One that's worth having, with enjoyment and happiness and friends and achievements and things, not the shitty kind of life that drives you to suicide and is all about the good things you don't have and the bad things you do.
Psychiatric help really is help.
