Hey guys, first time poster here.
Now, my problem is that I have Sleep Initiation Insomnia...meaning I find it REALLY hard to fall asleep, even if I am knackered.
Now, I havn't been to the doctors about this in perticular because I dont really want to be doped up each night and I have tried all the advised herbal remedies and they dont do shit.
I've found through experimentation that weed (indica strains), alcohol, tramadol, valium and cocodamol help me fall asleep. Now, I can get weed easily enough, same with booze, bit the codein and tramadol are harder to get a hold of. I've even tried CBD vape juice which cost a bomb and done fuck all.
Now, its driving me mental so I'm coming here for some advice before I go full Machinist mode and kill a bitch.

I know I said I dont wanna be doped up but I take cocodamol and tramadol in low doses...not like whatever the fuck extreme shit the docs will prescribe...fuck sake, they gave me horrible parkinsons medication for my restless leg syndrome that fucks your liver and kidneys!?
