So my heart been acting weird lately. Beating very fast or thumping very hard for no reason. It makes me feel kinda shaken, weak and nauseous at once
I'm only 23 so i don't think it's a heart diesease or something. I cant go to doc but I have to make it stop. How??

As the other anon said, sounds like a panic attack/anxiety disorder. I used to suffer from very bad panic attacks, and for a time I thought I had heart problems (though I'm quite young, I had no other ideas). I still get anxiety from time to time, but I've been taking Zoloft for about a year now and it helps lower the effects of it significantly.
