I'm seeing a counselor but don't know what to talk about. She's free from the school and I started seeing her because one of my profs recommended it after saying she hopes none of the students in her class "crack" from the coursework. I'm scared I'll do poorly in the class and also have bad social anxiety. And deal with other stuff like being trans in a shitty red state.
When we spoke before we ended up talking about my social anxiety but I'm not sure if that's the best use of our time together.

Also, if you can afford it, you should see if you can find a mental health provider that will hook you up with a doctor and a therapist. That way your mental health stuff is coordinated between both parties (therapist and psychiatrist) and you get a treatment plan and all that good stuff.
It's really, really helpful.
If you don't have health insurance that covers it, it can get really expensive, though.

Anyway about therapy. I'm feeling depressed again as usually happens after feeling "up" for a while. Maybe I should talk about my unhealthy internet habits, like posting on a site with kids who think it's funny to call me a faggot. That's not a good thing for a productive adult to be doing.
