I have a problem and I require some advice.
I feel like my mind is like running at 1000 mph, cant think straight most of the time, its really hard to concentrate and I daydream alot. Worst part is it affects me more and more. I used to be able to control myself, but whatever i have is making my life a living hell... ok let me explian better.
> Constantly have urges or impulses like for example the impulse to get up from a chair im sitting even if i dont want to or grabbing something i dont have to grab.
> Daydream even while walking leading me to lose focus and walk like a dumbass most of the time.

>Cant stop thinking about bad experiences ive had in the past.

>Say inappropriate things when in social situations.
Thats basically it, what do i have? Should i seek help?

Yeah im going to a shitty doctor that ordered some fucking exams that take forever to do, im not looking to get medicine to get high i genuinely want to get better but i think the doctor wants to see if im not some junkey maybe thats why shes delaying my tratment

Anon said those meds because you probably are developing ADHD, and those are common treatments.
