I'm 5'5" and I'm 19 y/o I weigh somwhere around 130 pounds. What would you guys consider fat? Because I think 130 is pushing it.

Depends on your fat % and lean muscle mass.
Your weight is not just fat. Your muscles play a part in your weight. When I stopped exercising for 6 months, I actually lost 10 pounds from muscle. Your bones also matter, I have a super skinny friend, 5'2 weights 125 pounds, her doctors told her she has really thick and heavy bones. But from your picture you are definitely not fat and you know this, or you wouldn't be confident enough to post it.

You have a great figure! It's always a good idea to tone up, though. I think yoga would help you out a lot.
