Am I hearing things ?

Sometimes I will hear people talking when no one else is alone. I know no one else is there but it sure sounds really to me. I can cover me ears and I can still hear people talking. Sometimes it sounds like the conversations are directed towards me. Im not sure what to make of it.
go to the doctor. it might be a mental health issue, or worst case scenario it's some kind of tumor.

This used to happen to me, from the moment I woke up until I went to bed. The conversations got increasingly hostile over time. I think it's some form of anxiety. Eating lots of nutrient dense fruits/veggies and exercise helped quiet them down, but see mental health professional for sure.
