I'm really vibing this girl from work. From what I can tell, it's mutual... I think
We see each other a couple days throughout the week. We throw occasional glances at each other as we walk past. We work at a busy "fancy," italian restaurant.
Requesting advice from people who've lived the experience:
How do I ask her out? We've talked between errands at work and realistically, barely skimmed the surface. Would I be coming on too strongly? We've never spoken outside of work... but I intuit that the interest is there. Thanks in advance.

somethign immediately following work can be really casual. it doesnt come off as strong if you're like 'man today was exhausting. i need to get a beer in me'.
than wait to hear what she says. iof shes like 'ugh yeah, that sounds awesome' be like 'you are welcome to join me'.
she doesnteven need to be that on point about it, but gauge her reaction. if shes like 'yeah i need to go home and knock out' dont ask her for that beer. just try again next shift waiting for the right moment.
