If you really want to protect yourself from STI you should be wearing a condom even during oral. Otherwise you should be fine just with a condom. Lube can help prevent condom tearing and a little bit inside the condom can help it feel better for you. You seem like you're not used to using condoms anymore.

Read the directions on the condom package. I'm not kidding. Did you know you're not supposed to nut in her, even if you're wearing a condom? You're supposed to pull out and nut. So definitely don't nut, leave it in there till you go soft, and then pull it out.
