Sup guys so I work at a large department store and one of the managers (of a different apartment so she isn't necessarily my boss) is really outgoing with everyone but she's highly flirtatious with me specifically, I've seen her interact with others and she treats me quite differently. Should I attempt to move the relationship further into a sexual one? I find her rather attractive and I would try it without making this post if it wasn't for one thing, she's 30 and I'm 18, which I wouldn't mind at all but it might be a large taboo to her.

What are you trying to achieve exactly? If it's just a root and boot might cause trouble otherwise just do a medium term relationship and be all it's not you its me or I'm not ready we should still be "friends" should be fine...
