it has come to the point that i need roommates.

how much would you pay for a room in a house? (not apartment)
>no lawn care chores
>no pest control duties
>just keep the kitchen fucking clean
>all utilities included + cable/internet
>will share a bathroom with another roommate

$500/mo

that seem reasonable?

(location is Tampa bay area fyi)

You must be in a rural area or really small space to only charge 500$ month for what you include. Out here it'd be more like 1500-2500$ for a room in a house.
