got a screw driven through my tire while driving around and can't get it patched/replaced til tommorow morning. Think I'm good to drive for a little bit tonight?
Don't touch the screw.
Everytime that tire rotates, it will rub against the screw making the hole larger, thus increasing the chances of having to get a whole new tire instead of a patch job.
Go slow and not far, you'll probably be fine.
It's close to the edge you might need to get a new / used tire
