How much benadryl will help me sleep?

diphenhydramine aka benadryl is the same shit as all the other over the counter sleep aids

Take melatonin pills instead of benadryl and spend time out in the sun. As soon as the sun sets you'll be a walking dead. You can also watch the sun rise as an extra help to the melatonin pills; you can do very well without it but you might as well try it out.

this is the best advice. if you are not sick, melatonin is all you need to fall asleep, something like benedryl will not give you true sleep.

iff you are sick like hella cant breath or coughing and shit, then just take the recommended dosage on the box.

I usually take 800-900 milligrams of diphenhyrdamine every night. It works well.

I take 1 pill and it will knock me out most nights. I take 2 when I'm feeling especially like shit.

Make sure you have around 10-11 hours to sleep. I have to take the pill at 7 to be able to wake up at 6 like I usually do without grogginess.
