How do I set my mind to something?
I'm hyperstimulated by games and 4chan so unless I'm basically forced to do something(like work or go to uni) I never get my goals done, can anyone help me get in an action oriented mindset?

Easy- force yourself into doing something. No 4chan until you hit X waypoint. No dinner until you read 5 pages. No games until you have completed that section on code. Ect.
Also, if you feel like doing something, just do it. Don't do ANYTHING else first as you'll get distracted.

5 years out of college and I'm getting into philosophy texts. I'm so mad at myself for not enjoying my ethics class now.
