How do I act naturally ?
I swear to god I don't even know how to act naturally around people that aren't my parents and a few friends. By acting naturally I mean acting as I would if were alone, acting as I feel like I should, but I don't . I seems like I have social anxiety to the point that I can never let go and be myself, and I feel like I always have to keep in control, and this makes me always act detached, cold, serious, instead of being "in" the situation that is happening.

I really need help about this because I feel this is fucking up my life and this keeps getting worse and worse

What's helped me a little bit is pretending like everybody is your friend, even complete strangers. Act like you've been buddies with them for years.
