Three or four days ago I woke up and found the left pic on my arm. A day or two later I found right pic around my bicep. Anyone know what this is? It doesn't itch or hurt, and it hasn't really changed in size. I assume I would have a hole in my arm by now if it was a venomous bite/flesh eating bacteria.

What kind of treatment?
Left pic looks like ringworm. Get antifungals over the counter for athlete's foot or go to a doc to get a real diagnosis.

Seems like a Phlebotomus puncture to me. It will start to hitch soon, it will probably become bigger and it will take a while to heal, but it's nothing serious.
