I have some anxiety issues, and right now I'm freaking out

I have some anxiety issues, and right now I'm freaking out since I can't access my work email account. My anxiety assumes that I've been fired.

I'm on vacation for two weeks. About one week left and I'm leaving for another country tomorrow.

I just noticed that I can't access my work email/AD account. Invalid login credentials or some shit like that.

I realise it's not very likely that they would fire someone out of nowhere during the holidaus. But still.. I'm having a panic attack. Always assuming the worst.

How do I deal with this?

Call someone and ask

It could be as simple as them working on the system during holiday down-time.
