This is a screenshot of my Speccy. As you can see, my laptop has integrated graphics. I'm poor as fuck, so I'd like to know how to gain more frames for my vidyas.

HD5500 is perfectly capable for mobile graphics. If you want better than that, you want a desktop.
Other than lowering your settings in game? Nothing.
Start with one of these and buy a graphics card of your choice.

swap that stupid hd out for whatever ssd you can afford and do a fresh install with the least bullshit running you can manage.
