Call TLC and sell them your mother's addiction to hoarding for profit.

My uncle was the same but worth random tools.
If it's actually a problem, then you might need to have an intervention with her. It's a psychological problem. You can't just nag at her to get her to stop.

Hide her money in the room, and tell her the only way to find it is to organize it
