So, i am on my witts end adv. I can't cum with my bf. I feel like we have tried it all. I can cum easily when masturbating. I had problems with cumming since i started having sex. I even made an effort to not train myselfe to masturbate in a specific way/position. I also sitch between using my finger, the shower, a dildo and a vibrator. So i don't think it's conditioning. A lot of girls don't get orgasms from penetration. You may be one of them.
