if it's food poisoning it won't last more than 24 hours, you should take a massive dump at some point and immediately feel better. if it's like a stabbing type pain that continues for more than 48 hours you should seek a doctor

So it wasn't actually your stomach but your intestines. Probably undercooked meat. If it was food poisoning you'd know by now.

You could try and throw up.
Either by using your finger or drinking warm water with mustard in it.
Pain meds would probably make it worse.
Tums, yogurt, or milk would be good. Or just plenty of water. If you do have food poisoning, you'll likely throw up or get diarrhea soon; which will dehydrate you.
Food poisoning is sort of a blanket term. There are a lot of different types of food poisoning and they vary in severity. I would call a nurse hotline and ask what they think you should do.
