So there's a girl that I've been "dating" for a few months now. Early on, I asked her if she wanted a relationship and she told me both yes and no, and that she needed time to figure herself out. I'm not supposed to know this, but I found out from her friend that the reason she is so defensive is because her ex broke up with her because of sex and her friends took his side. She's afraid to get hurt again. I'm willing to literally do anything for her, but for the past couple of day's she hasn't been texting me.
What do you guys think should be my next move?

No, you're just an emotional tampon for her, you will not get nothing from her, she just needs time to find Chad while you're there to support her emotionally.

Absolutely nothing, if she is not replying you back why you should even bother to make a move? just proceed with your life and if eventually she contact you back, make sure to not create high expectations about it.
Real advice: always make sure to have wide options, don't get too attached to just one girl, make her know that she is easily replaced by someone better than her.
