Does anyone know what the average cost of an orthopedic surgery would cost with insurance? I know this is highly variable depending on type of operation and type of health insurance, but I just wanted a decent idea of what I'd be paying.
I'm wanting to get a reconstructive surgery done on my foot since I have pes cavus. In addition to reconstruction, they need to alleviate a contracture in my leg.
I'd presumably be in the hospital for a day or two then in a cast + leg brace for 6-12 months.
Any estimates how much that might cost?
