My family's dog looks bored. All she does is lay down on the ground.
From time to time she comes near me and I caress her.
I don't want to go outside or play with her. Will she be fine laying on the ground all day long? ;c
What kind of dog and how old?
Usually dogs will adapt to the habits/lifestyle of their owners just fine.

This is what she needs.
Of course she's bored. How would you feel about doing absolutely nothing day after day? She's also not at her mental peak since she's out of shape.
Is she food motivated? Maybe give her food puzzles. Get her brain moving a bit.
But if you really care about her, you'd stop being lazy and actually walk and play with your dog. It's vital for their physical and mental health.
