Hello /adv/, I was wondering what am I supposed to do when someone is taking pictures of me in public or filming me. The neighbor girl, while I was practicing driving took creep shots of me and I caught it. Every time I looked in the mirror she was staring at me. I don't mind but why take pictures? Not the first time I've been creep shot.
If it's on public property they have a right. If they are violating the curtail of your home/private property, and/or in said place you have a reasonable expectation to privacy then it is illegal
