How do people live in big cities with cost of living? Like I can be a waiter or a bartender and do it right?

go away hickfag, we aren't doing this again

Offer me your advice oh humble city dweller I am but a simple hick
Seriously why do you need to make a million threads, you surely will not get anything more that you haven't already gotten in the last 999,999.

You'll be getting a lot less for your money in a big city.
I've been on both ends: living in a city is really expensive so be prepared to live pay check to pay check. Perhaps get a job that offers gratuities like a hotel waitstaff or something.
Fuck off asshole.
Make another thread, I'll just report that one too.
Fuck off.
i'm 20 and have lived in toronto my entire life w. my parents.
i've watched so many of my friends and peers drop out or decide to work after high school without college/uni and almost always end up living check to check, forcing them to find other ways to make money (selling drugs, escorting etc.) or get a second job. they get like one day off a week and work 8-12 hour shifts doing menial mind numbing bullshit.
it really isn't worth it bartending or working minimum wage, it's not like TV lol.
i'm lucky that i'm getting the opportunity to stay at home while i finish school then after i find a decent paying job, i'll move.

Paycheck to paycheck is better than living with an abusive family in a broken down old house
Anyone can repost the Manhattan self-made girl story that was posted a while ago?
It was completely fake, but nice storytelling

share a flat with roomates or live with your parents
>>16609235
How did you know it was fake?
>>16609246
Cause the guy admitted to it.

It's anonymous it could have been a random person fucking with you
>>16609283
It's anonymous it could have been a random person not fucking with me
Could be either way. But you're right, the real reason is always personal conviction, but that's pretty obvious.
