I fucked up really bad with a girl.
It happened 4 months ago and I'm still not over it, I just need advice with letting it go.
She has someone else now, it was my first relationship (at least my first serious one) and I'm really depressed about it.

When I'm kicking myself over some fuckup, I remind myself that other people have fucked up far worse and that it's not the end of the world. Hell, I fucked up 3 relationships by being a clingy, needy, psycho bitch before I realised the problem was me and started to fix my mental shit. I ended up with someone awesome anyway.
Take heart, OP. You did the best you could at the time, and next time you'll do better. And there will be a next time.
